BSI was launched in 2015 by Korrine Sky to celebrate and encourage sisterhood amongst the Zimbabwean community. 

BSI will work to improve the girl child standing within our community. This initiative not only focuses on girls as individuals but as part of a wider community. 

This initiative will work to improve the chances of success of female children and adults in business, education, leadership and politics. 

We hope to work and cultivate alliances with partners in media, politics, education, health and business. BSI is committed to accelarate the above mentioned issues through various networks and platforms.

BSI will streamline its efforts and provide a targeted platform for girls to achieve within and beyond their potential.
